Shipping

We ship across Europe, to the United Kingdom and to the United States. The delivery estimate for your own address is shown at checkout, and it depends on the destination. The times below are estimates, not guarantees.

In France we deliver by Colissimo, to your address or a pickup point, normally about 3 working days. For other destinations the carrier and the estimate are the ones shown at checkout.

If your order is delayed

If an item is out of stock the whole order may be held, and we will email you an estimate of the delay. Delivery will in any case be made within 30 days of the date on your order confirmation.

If we do not meet the date we gave you, or no date was given and the product has not arrived 30 days after your order confirmation, you may cancel the order by contacting customer service. We will refund everything you paid within 14 days of the cancellation.

If the product arrives after you have cancelled, return it to us complete and in its original condition and we will refund the product, the original delivery cost and the return postage within 14 days of receiving it.

Deliveries to several addresses

If you want products delivered to different addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

Getting the parcel to you

Please give every detail the carrier needs — building number, staircase, entry codes and so on. We email you a shipment confirmation once the parcel leaves us, provided you gave an email address with your order.

If the carrier cannot reach you after several attempts to arrange delivery, the parcel may be returned to us. If that happens we will contact you to agree what to do next.

Ownership of the products, and the risk of loss, passes to you on delivery.

Customs

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import charges may apply and are set by the destination country, not by us. We cannot be held responsible for delays in customs clearance, for charges levied by local customs authorities, or if those authorities withhold or confiscate an item.
